Mature Cheddar
Pilgrims Choice® Mature Cheddar is naturally matured for an average of 9 months. It is then carefully selected by a team of award winning graders to guarantee consistency of flavour in every pack. Mature Cheddar has a smooth, rich and creamy taste, making it ideal for sandwiches, burgers, snacking and all types of cooking. Mature Cheddar has a flavour level 4 and is suitable for vegetarians.

Farmhouse Mature Cheddar
Pilgrims Choice® Farmhouse Mature Cheddar is traditionally handmade in the West Country at Parkham Farm in Devon. Naturally matured for an average of 9 months, expert graders regularly check it's progress, to ensure a consistent flavour in every pack, ideal for lovers of authentic, flavoursome, farmhouse Cheddar. Farmhouse Mature has a flavour level 4 and is suitable for vegetarians.

Extra Mature Cheddar
Pilgrims Choice® Extra Mature Cheddar is naturally matured for an average of 12 months; it is then carefully selected by a team of award winning graders to ensure consistency of flavour in every pack.
Extra Mature has a strong, distinctive flavour with bite, making it ideal for everyday family use in sandwiches, snacking, all types of cooking, whilst not being out of place on the cheese board. Extra Mature is a flavour level 5 and is suitable for vegetarians.

Vintage Farmhouse Cheddar
Pilgrims Choice® Vintage Farmhouse is traditionally handmade in the West Country at Parkham Farm in Devon. Naturally matured for an average of 15 months, Vintage Farmhouse is selected for its authentic strong farmhouse flavour with bite. Perfect for snacking and cooking, and the ideal partner for any cheese board. A flavour level 6 and suitable for vegetarians.
