Spicy Stilton and Apricot mini poppudoms

Spicy Stilton & Apricot mini poppudoms.

 Ingredients:

200g White Stilton & Apricot cheese, crumbled 

2-3tbsp spicy chutney ( Geeta’s Lime and Chilli Chutney) 

1 small bunch coriander leaves, finely chopped 

1-2 boxes mini poppudoms 

Method:

1. In a bowl mix together the cheese, chutney and coriander. 

2. Spoon the cheese mixture over each poppudom and serve 

immediately.
