Packed with wholegrain oats and high in fibre, oatcakes are a great way to get the energy you need for your day. Add a variety of healthy toppings - try a hard cheese such as Red Leicester for additional protein, calcium and vitamin B12.


To make: Serve 30g thinly sliced Red Leicester on two oatcakes and top with halved grapes or cherry tomatoes.
